Lucas was fever free for the past 29 hours. The first day in 14 we can say this. We just went “pole surfing” which is when you walk around with the IV pole.
prayers:
easing of the Typhlitis on his lower intestinal region
that he is able to start eating again instead of intravenously
that his weight loss stabilizes, he has lost 7% of his body weight the past week
for Jack and Dylan this is hard on them I surprise visited them yesterday with masks on and had to leave quickly due to the situation they are in and could see the sadness in their eyes
gratefulness:
fever subsiding
said he was hungry for the first time in over a week yesterday
11 hours of sleep last night
blood in stool has subsided
made it through a very long week here
