Prayers for Lucas

Erin and Lucas just had a very long appointment with Dr. Liu the Neuro Ophthalmologist at CHOP. While Lucas went there for a baseline since he is starting to take a new drug to inhibit the mutation called FLT3 that he has, they found Papiledema. His pressure numbers are elevated in his eyes similar to where they were before it went down last December which was concerning to Dr. Liu. This type of test is very important to Lucas because the eyes can tell a lot about what is going on in the brain.

We wanted to send out a prayer request:

We pray that the elevated pressure and findings from Dr. Liu are explainable Lord and that Lucas is able to continue his recovery from the stem cell transplant. We pray God that Lucas has great eyesight, great health and no cancer for the rest of his life. We pray that the doctors are accurate and on point with their follow up from this appointment and that Lucas can be with his big brother Jack and little sister Dylan very soon.

Thank you God for all the healing for Lucas. Thank you for our team that prays for him. Please guide our family right now, we need you God. We always need you and we are so grateful for the blessing that you have put upon us.
