Prayers Sunday @8:30 PM EST

Beautiful piece of land owned by a friend of CHOP, west of Philly. We spent an afternoon here.

Hope everyone had a special Thanksgiving week. Dylan and Jack and Mommy are driving back to Nashville as I write this. We are grateful for the time we had together, and we couldn’t believe how much we missed them. During a battle like this, we have stood ready for Lucas, and seeing his brother and sister was very touching. Lots of cuddling, movie watching and throwing the football. I could not be prouder of these kids.

Big Monday

Monday is a big day Team Lucas.

It would mean so much to us if there was concentrated collective energy and prayer for Lucas at 8:30pm EST tomorrow night, November 29th.

Here is specifically what we ask you to pray for:

Monday, November 30th Lucas Patrick Gourley has a bone marrow biopsy and aspirate where they see if round 3 of chemo did its job. There is also a Lumbar Puncture (LP) to check his spinal fluid and re-administer some spinal chemo to keep the spine clean of leukemia.

Our prayers for group @8:30 EST tomorrow:

We pray that tomorrow Lucas has a safe procedure with no complications
We pray that his bone marrow is in remission and clear from the leukemia.
We pray that his spinal fluid has ZERO leukemia cells.
We pray for Lucas’ doctors and care team performing these procedures
We pray for Jack and Dylan and our family to keep our strength and faith in Lucas’ healing journey.
