Tonights Prayers Sept 17

Round 2 - Day 9 . As we mentioned before, last month’s chemo essentially didn’t work in his bone marrow, and treated mostly the peripheral blood. Since 85% of AML patients respond to the first round we are having to attack this another way. The FLT3 mutation is extremely aggressive. We cannot tell if the current treatment session is working and we would like to pray for his WBC’s to go down to zero the next few days. For some reason lymphocytes plateaued and just spiked overnight. We need the chemo to work and send these things to ZERO .  Zero point Zero.  

We pray that when Dr. Branko goes in next week he sees ZERO cancer cells in Lucas’ bone marrow so we can move to the transplant phase. It’s critical the counts go down and the chemo does it’s job to crush the cancer out of his bone marrow entirely.
